SUCCESS had been plagued with problems associated with a platform they manage, and every redesign resulted in layers of legacy problems. The costs associated with these issues were mounting and they hit a critical point where security became a liability.
I created a persona, sitemap, wireframes, and plan for migrating the vast content database to from Drupal to WordPress. We moved hosting outside the building to a managed hosting platform cutting IT costs dramatically while improving security and speed.
The migration tasks were outsourced to a brilliant 3rd party dev who delivered in record time.
The new site is a miracle for internal stakeholders who can now implement content strategies they've planned for years. Editors are being trained to do more than they were previously able to do before, so the need for expert devs is significantly reduced. The workflow is night and day.
The user experience is clean and concise and more in line with the ecommerce goals of the company.
A Great Site
Redesign website for the foremost authority on the Direct Selling industry.
Direct Selling News is a magazine for executives in the Direct Selling industry. They publish online content as well as print. Their website was dated, unoptimized, confusing and becoming a burden with regard to workflow. Content editors and page designers had to duplicate efforts in every area.
I migrated the content to WordPress and designed the site using UX standards and requirements. The new site is easy to manage - does not require an expert developer - and is now completely responsive - important for a site that caters to 60% mobile users.
A Favorite Project
Created converting site for a premier personal development event with top names like Brendon Burchard, Mel Robbins, Bishop T.D. Jakes, Jason Whitten, Simon T. Bailey and more.
Also created landing pages, webinar viewing pages, thank you pages and ads.
SUCCESS needed to sell event tickets while providing valuable information to anyone interested in either attending, speaking at or sponsoring SUCCESS Live Events.
These events happen multiple times a year, and the site needs to be easy to manage, responsive, and most of all converting. We used WordPress and Beaver Builder together to create a clean, fast site that is easy to manage and update.
